RSVP PAGE


Set up a page where pre-selected guests can RSVP. The page can be customized with program details and, if this is a webinar, a profile of the speakers. 
QR ID


For a seamless and contactless entry on venue, QR ID can be generated for each participant. This QR ID can be used to track participation in program activities. 
UPLOAD VACCINATION CARD

To ensure safety of attendees, the upload feature of vaccination card can be integrated in the registration process. 
SEND QUESTIONS IN ADVANCE

Speakers and event organizers will have an idea what topics attendees are looking forward to by allowing attendees to send questions in advance. 
QR SCANNER


Scanners can work in preferred devices - android or IOS tablets and mobile phones. No need
to download from an
online store.  
EMAIL AND SMS FACILITY

Email and / or SMS facility can be used to send event reminder or confirmation of event booking.
VIRTUAL GAMES


No need for physical count of attendees as the list can be provided to event organizers for program activities i.e. randomizer, virtual games.
